Yvonne is a Certified Personal Trainer, Cancer Exercise Specialist and Nutrition Specialist. She is passionate about fitness and motivating clients to live a healthier lifestyle while meeting their goals and having fun in the process.
Her role is to:

Improve your overall physical strength and flexibility

Help you reach and/or maintain a healthy weight

Correct muscle imbalances and postural deviations

Incorporate functional and balance training

Prevent, identify and manage lymphedema for those at risk

Her why
When I was 10 years old my father died of a heart attack. He was a heavy smoker and overweight. His loss devastated our family. That began my interest in health and fitness. I vowed to always try to live my healthiest life!
My passion for health and fitness led me to helping others through Personal Training. When my older brother died March 2020 of cancer it motivated me further to learn more about cancer prevention and how to help people undergoing treatment and beyond!
I love what I do and it gives me great joy to help others live their best lives and feel the best they can!
